Apostle Yolanda is the Founder and President of “Heart To Heart Ministries” and believes in getting to the matters of the heart. Her God given passion is to see people restored back to their proper place in the body of Christ, she teaches and trains people to let go of rejection and insecurity and “be” the anointed vessel of God that HE intended for you to be.

For the over 15 years Heart to Heart offers one-on-one guidance, support groups and workshops to educate and empower victims/survivors to be free from past hurts and to move forward and live a happy and productive life. She has networked with other non-profit organization to minister in the area of Domestic Violence, Homelessness, Mental Health,and troubled youth. Heart to host a yearly conference " Family Symposium to address issue that create dysfunctional families

Apostle Holmes and received their Master of Arts in Biblical Studies and their Doctors from the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology (Cum Laude) in Pastoral Care and Ministry. She is also the President of Kingdom Ambassador School of Ministries (KASOM).

Apostle Yolanda and her husband Apostle Wilton Holmes are the founders of Victory In The Truth Ministries in Mesa, Arizona. The ministry has been in operation for the past 34 years under their leadership. As an inner city, cutting-edge, Apostolic and Prophetic church, Victory’s mission is to reach out and respond to those who society has rejected and gather them into the kingdom of God. .
